#1 Skill You Need to Be Unusually Successful
There is absolutely one skill that, when learned, no one can take it away from you.
And when you master it, you will be unusually successful.

Pretty insightful right?!
I had never thought about it until one of my business mentors started shifting my thinking. She said, “Learn more about people than you do your products or service and you will be unusually successful.”
In network marketing, we are conditioned to learn everything about the products, the comp plan, the company and its history…
Basically become a “product of the product” so we can go out there and sell it baby!
But there are SO many problems with this!
When we do “business” this way and starting pushing out our lotions, potions or whatever else we got, we are pretty much seeing dollar signs on the people all around us (everyone that has skin and is breathing is a prospect after all) and not focusing on THEM as an individual and what really matters…to THEM.
It’s like treating people as a “one night stand.”
Wham, bam, thank you ma’am…on to the next.
We need to start shifting our focus onto our prospects and what matters to them.
When you start finding out about what their needs, wants, and desires are and focusing on how you can add value to and help them in these areas, THAT is when you start truly helping people.
And they will start coming to you.
So you don’t have to “hunt” them down anymore!
That’s basically what I have learned to do.
